Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 (September 1):
This will be an expensive phone from Samsung, which will run on Android 10 and powered by the Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865+ Processor, supported by Samsung One UI. This phone has a folding display of 7.6-inches (1768 x 2208 Pixels) with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It has a triple rear camera of 12 MP + 12 MP + 12 MP and a dual front camera of 10 MP + 10 MP. This folding phone will have 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Regarding the battery, this phone will have a decent battery of 4,500mAH. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 supports 5G connectivity.

with a refresh rate of 120Hz, protected by Corning
Gorilla Glass v5. This is powered by the
Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G Processor and runs on Android 10 OS.
Regarding its camera, Realme X7 has a 64 MP + 8 MP +
2 MP + 2 MP Quad rear camera set up with a 32MP selfie shooter. This phone will have a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage (expandable up to 256GB). It has a decent battery of
4,300mAH which is supported by a 65W superfast charging. The
Realme X7 series supports 5G connectivity.
OPPO F17 Series (September 2):
Oppo will be launching a couple of new devices in the F series. The F17 series from Oppo will be the slimmest phone of the season. The F17 Pro will have a thickness of just 7.48mm and weigh in at 164 grams which is officially confirmed by Oppo itself.
OPPO F17 series phones will be powered by MediaTek Helio P90 processor and will run on Android 10 OS. Regarding the display, this phone will have a 6.5-inches (1080 x 2400 Pixels) capacitive touchscreen, multi-touch screen display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. This will come in an 8GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage variant. Memory is also expandable to 256GB. Coming to its camera specs, this will have a 48 MP + 8 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP Quad Rear Camera with LED Flash and a 16 MP selfie shooter in the front. It has a decent battery of 4,500 mAH (supported by VOOC flash charge) and the price is expected to be Rs. 21,990.
Xiaomi will be launching the Redmi 9A in India on
September 2. This will be the company’s sixth device in the Redmi 9
series. The Redmi 9A was launched in Chian a few weeks ago align wit
Redmi 9C.
It is an entry-level phone with a 6.53-inch HD+ display. On the inside, the Realme 9A is powered by Mediatek Helio G25 SoC. It is paired with up to 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. As for the optics, the Redmi 9A comes with a single 13MP sensor. For selfies, you get a 5MP snapper on the device with 83-degree FoV. You get a 5,000mAh battery to keep the phone running all day.
Realme 7 Series (September 3):
To spice up the sub Rs 20,000 segment in the already crowded market, Realme will be bringing two new devices - the Realme 7 Pro and Realme 7 in India. A week before the launch, the devices are already up for pre-order.
The Realme 7 Series smartphones are powered by the MediaTek Helio G90T Octa-core Processor, which runs on Android 10 (Realme UI). This phone has a 6.5 inches (1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9) punch-hole type IPS LCD display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. Coming to its camera specification, this phone has a Quad Rear camera setup of 64 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP and a 32MP front selfie camera. The Realme X7 series phones have 6GB RAM and 64GB internal memory (expandable up to 256GB). It has a decent battery of 5,000mAH that supports 30W fast charging with USB-Type C. This series does not support 5G connectivity.
Realme 7 series will be unveiled in India on September 3. Realme 7, Realme 7 Pro will be available in India via Flipkart.
POCO X3 (September 7):
A fansite from Turkey spilled the details of the upcoming Poco Midranger, the Poco X3. This will be the successor to the Poco X2 which also made its way to India earlier this year. The Poco X3 will be powered by the unannounced Snapdragon 732 chipset, making it the first smartphone to do so.
POCO X3 will have a huge 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with a 240Hz touch display. This phone will run on Android 10 Os and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732 SoC. it will have a 64-megapixel quad rear camera set up with a 20-megapixel front camera. The battery will be of 5,160 mAH with 33W fast charging support. This phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Regarding the RAM and internal storage, this phone will have 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, which is expandable to 512 GB.
iPhone 12 Series
The iPhone 12 is expected to land very soon, and in a first, for Apple, it could be joined by as many as three other phones, rumored to be called the iPhone 12 Max, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max. If that is the case, then we could have more offerings at each size this time.
Apple is yet to confirm the launch date for this year’s iPhone reveals, but it has historically been in September. Although, a delay wouldn’t be surprising. We are expecting a slight design refresh with flatter edges and sharper curves. Apart from the usual internal upgrades, two major expected improvements include a higher refresh rate display and a more capable camera array with the new LiDAR sensors finally making their way to phones.
Samsung Galaxy M51 (September *date not fixed*):
Galaxy M51 is all set to launch in September in India. The key specifications have already been leaked.
Coming to its specification, this phone comes with a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,340 pixels) Super AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate. It runs on Android 10 OS and powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC Processor. This phone has 8GB RAM and 64GB internal storage that is expandable up to 512GB. Coming to its camera, this phone has an L-shaped Quad The rear camera set up of 64MP + 12MP + 5MP + 5MP and a decent front camera of 32-megapixel and it will be a hole-punch style of selfie camera. Now coming to the battery part, the M51 is has a huge 7,000mAH battery with 25W fast charging. This phone also supports dual SIM connectivity (5G not supported) and USB Type-C port.
Sony Xperia 5 II (September 17):
This phone has a display size of 6.1-inches (1080 x 2520 pixels, 21:9 ratio) and also has OLED capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6 with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 (7 nm+) processor and runs on Android 10 OS. It has a triple camera of 12MP wide + 12MP telephoto + 12 ultra-wide sensor. It has 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and also a decent battery of 4,000mAH, supported by fast charging.
Pixel 4a India launch is expected in September. The device is already available in the US, and the Pixel 4a India sale date may be announced soon. Pixel 4a price in India is expected at Rs 29,999. The device features a 5.81-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a punch-hole. The device has a punch-hole display with the hole at the top right corner with a slight chin down under. Pixel 4a is powered by the mid-range Qualcomm chip, Snapdragon 730 SoC. The device has a fingerprint sensor at the back with the camera on the top left featuring a square bump.
At the back, the Google midrange smartphone features a single camera at the back, a 12.2-megapixel rear shooter. There’s an 8-megapixel front-facing camera upfront. Pixel 4a packs in 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage. The Pixel device houses a standard 3,080mAh battery under the hood with 18W fast charging support.
Motorola may launch Moto E7 in India in September. Officially yet to be confirmed, the company is said to be planning to launch a new budget-focused device under Rs 10,000 and Moto E7 could be it. FCC listing previously revealed Moto E7 will have a 5,000 mAh battery and a TUV Rheinland certification also confirmed that the Motorola phone will have a 10W charger in the box. There will be two models with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
Moto E7 will either run with entry-level Snapdragon 460 or mid-budget Snapdragon 632. Moto E7 display would be around 6.2 -inch HD+ display offering a screen resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels. Both Moto E7 and Moto E7 Plus may come to India as well, but the company will probably now focus on the budget category. The Motorola E7 models have leaked from time to time.
